I chose this because of the rubber ends, I’ve found when the weights get heavier the plastic type can be quite painful as they press into your hands under tension, these are a plastic end with a rubber cover and do feel more comfortable to use. I chose the longer one to use for proper wide form face pulls and it works perfectly with my mirafit cable machine. Carabiner supplied is also good quality, can’t complain at all.
