Not working properly. Won’t let me reset the laptop. Not worth the money because I can’t use it for what I originally bought it for

very speed delivery. But don't know how I cannot open some website( even some of them are shopping website) I am not too sure its software problem or something else. I cannot really contact the customer service as well.

Very quick delivery and well packed. This MBA 11" 2015 is working perfectly and looks great too - screen looks like new, as does the keyboard, and only a couple of very tiny dings to be seen on the case - more than acceptable for the price. Battery seems fine, though I've mostly been plugged into the mains so far. I've updated to Monterey and it runs surprisingly well. Waiting for a pentalope P5 screwdriver to arrive (thought I had the appropriate bit... didn't) then upgrading with a 500GB Crucial P2 NVMe M.2 SSD, using the Sintech adaptor.EDIT (9 July 2022): I've now installed the SSD upgrade and reinstalled Monterey from a USB drive; an easy and worthwhile job!

This is an absolute bargain great buy

Bought a Grade A for my son's birthday. It arrived in 'ok' packaging, but thought it could have been better to be honest. The computer itself is fine though, no knocks or nasty surprises. I downloaded Monterey OS onto it and it runs well, surprisingly fast actually. All in all, a successful purchase and a happy boy owning his first (of many, probably) Apple Macs.
