Hi, just last night i received my order from Amazon the Digitek wireless mic DWM 101 and each time I'm connecting it, it's not just working at all,I'm connecting it with my redmi note 12 pro 5g phone, I tried connecting it with different wires provided in the box the type c the phone wire etc.But none of it is working and I'm not able to record sound with the mic, please help me or guide me on it as per your earliest convinience i would be very grateful to you!RegardsKhan

The product pretty good . They gave very protective case for the product. It supports only with video recorder not with voice recorder.Despite of that the sound quality is very good .But they didn't gave us the lighting cable in box so it only compatible with the newer ios phone with type C port , for older ones you have to buy an external adapter.

The Digitek DWM 101 wireless mic is super extraordinary. I am really overwhelmed with the audio quality, I recommend for the youtubers to use it. Don't need to buy high cost mics as this one is giving you perfect audio

Mic quality in ok ok but bild quality is bad ( transmeeter botton in noice on shake this is a big problem for creaters ) this is unwanted noice

However, recently the device has stopped recording audio altogether.I have tried it on multiple devices, and although it shows as connected properly, no sound is being recorded. This is quite disappointing, especially as it stopped functioning within such a short period.I kindly request you to look into this issue and advise on the next steps – whether a replacement, repair, or refund is possible under the warranty policy
