Not Good For True Beginners
We bought three yo-yos for my kids. My oldest two got a different model that was adjustable and supposed to be geared more towards tricks etc. This I bought for my 6 year old because it said it was geared for beginners. It was more difficult to use than the Velocity for my older kids. It does not return easily but freespins well. I would not recommend this for beginner yo yo users. Even as an adult I had trouble getting this yo yo to return. I have a very disappointed little girl.
