HIGH END alternative!
The percentage of the ingredients is exactly the same as the Expensive ones advertised on Instagram but half the price. It might taste salty at 1st but if diluted in a litre bottle it's better tasting & you get used to it (better for hydration too).Highly recommended & excellent quality. This is our 2nd tub & now on a subscription.

good formula, terrible smell and taste
To be fair the lemon is ok.enough lemon to cover up the saltynesstried the raspberry though and it is so artificial and nasty it is difficult to drinkordered the watermelon to see what that's like - update, smells like nail polish remover and doesn't taste much betterhow can it be so bad? i thought flavourings were something they all had nailed years ago

improved taste
I researched this product as I wanted an electrolyte ratio that had been proven by science. I struggled through a tub of the lemon flavour but was so impressed by the benefits during training that I ordered the Water Melon. Taste is so much better than the lemon, no after taste or strong smell. My training (endurance) has improved, I find I am strong through a one hour session at the same time my sweating has reduced. This will become a regular now and the price point (compared with other highly advertised brands) is excellent.

Amazing
The flavour is amazing, it’s not too salty or bitter, great ingredients and health benefits, it’s been a journey to try and find a product that doesn’t upset my stomach but tastes great and has great ingredients

I liked this but it's not the cheapest and there are some minor downsides.
I use electrolytes as part of my routine, as an avid walker/hiker. You get the tub itself, the powder and a scoop to measure. There's enough for 50 servings, so it works out at about 52p per serving (based on the current price of £25.99), so it is good value for money compared to individual sachets, but it's at the higher price bracket. Tablets work out a lot cheaper, as do other powders. What I do not understand is why the tub itself is so big. Initially, I thought, wow - that's a large supply, but upon opening, it is just over half full. I've uploaded a picture next to a pint glass so you can judge the size. Reducing the size of the container would mean less plastic waste. And while on the subject, because it's made from black plastic, it cannot be recycled in my area. If it were clear, it could. So, that is the first downside. The powder did mix well, but does leave more residue than some I've had. You cannot just mix it once and be done. If you do, by the time you come to the end of your drink, there will be powder left in the bottom. So, if drinking from a bottle, it's best to shake it before every sip.On to the flavour. This drink is going to be a love it or hate it thing. There is an initial hit as the taste buds detect salt. It seems very intense at first, but after swallowing, it softens and is quite pleasant. I had the mango salt one, while I wouldn't exactly say it was mango, it seemed quite fruity. It's quite a synthetic taste, but I did like it. A couple of minutes after drinking, there is still a faint taste in my mouth, but it's not repeating on me.So, overall, it's not bad. I'll be using it all, but it's not one that has become my go-to favourite, especially at the current price.
