I misplaced my old chain tensioners when i refitted my mountain bike.I currently run a single gear (32 to 16t) mountain bike on an Azonic frame. This frame has horizontal dropouts i.e. the rear wheel attaches by sliding on a horizontal groove.This means adding these chain tugs is very easy, simply unscrew the main nuts, pop on the chain tug with the block going into the dropout groove and add the nut back on. adjust the the tug by tightening the bolt until the cap is on the end of the dropout. Then tighten until the required chain tension is achieved.I went out on a cycle yesterday with these and they have been great.Great value for the price where others are more expensive and just for one instead of a pair.

Had to modify a little to get them to fit my son's Killabee BMX, we'll just see how effective they are after prolonged use.

Better quality than original chain tug , but the clamp was too wide for the chain stay hence silver steel clamp .

I run a singlespeed Black Market dirt jumper, the alloy is too soft, when you tighten your axle bolts they buckle like putty into your dropouts making it hard to adjust without hammering them back out.

Heb je een BMX zonder kettingspanner, dan is dit een prima oplossing. Ketting kan goed gespannen worden en blijft dan op spanning. Kortom, prima product.

Would have needed maybe 1mm more clearance on my 2021 OctaneOne Zircus for the tensioner to fit over the rear of the dropout. Otherwise it looks like it would do it's intended job.
