Damaged
Product was dented, sugar had spilled out. It also appears that the wrapping that conjoins the two containers together was opened.

Nonreturnable
One was ripped open spilling the sugar throughout the package. The other was badly dented.

Nothing wrong with the product
The packaging for shipping was inadequate leaving part of the sugar in the bottom of the bag they shipped it in. Who ships cardboard containers of sugar in a paper bag!

ONLY 2 CANISTERS. WAY OVERPRICED
My fault for not reading carefully. Only 2 canisters for $17+. There were others available that were 6 canisters for only a few dollars more. Again, my fault but still very irritating..

Missing 1 & Damaged
I ordered a pack of 2, only received 1 and the other one is damaged and opened on the side.

Poor shipping
The sugar is a great product with a good price. We order it for our church coffee hour.Last time it did not come in a box—just shrink-wrapped. Some of the containers were smashed.Hoping for a better shipping experience.
