The portable air compressor part of this kit is the main reason I purchased it, and it works great. The actual air brush isn't that great but you can always buy a better one separately. The nozzle gets clogged with paint very quickly so I can only ever get through a couple of models before it starts spraying clumps instead of fine layers. The pointed piece also got bent slightly and can not be bent back so it sprays large droplets every once in a while and also sprays at a slight angle. Definitely recommend getting a different airbrush but it's worth it just for the compressor.

This is a lot of fun!!I am so very new at using airbrushes, but having so much fun!!I moved and can't work with this some more, but as soon as I can I'll post my attempts airbrushing cupcakes for the local VFW!In this airbrush kit you'll get: -hand held airbrush unit that has almost an hour of continuous use per full charge. -3 paint cups; one metal paint cup, two plastic paint cups -5 cleaning brushes -A charge cord -A mini wrench -A syringe to fill the paint cupsThe trigger is not as sensitive as others I've used. This airbrush is great for the beginner!!This is a cordless airbrush.The charging time is fairly short in the grand scheme of things.Thus is a very well made airbrush! Keep in mind that the two larger cups are plastic and can end up staining from the dyes.This is easy to avoid if you clean them after every use.I soak mine in vinegar and baking soda once every 3 weeks.I'm trying my hand at airbrushing cupcakes with this. You can use the airbrush for and decorating or painting! I would advise having one for cooking/edibles and one for nonfood projects, myself! Just to avoid cross contamination.

I tried to paint simple things using this air brush. it took FOREVER...then I gave up and hand painted them. Super bummed.

Having recently rediscovered models and miniatures, I’d been wanting an airbrush to get the effects that you just can’t (or are very difficult to achieve) with conventional brushes. This unit is a great all-in-one compressor and airbrush to get anyone started, and I love it so far. The instructions are simple, and the performance is impressive. The kit has everything you need to get started - three paint cups (two plastic, one metal), cleaning gear, adjusting gear, plus the airbrush assembly and rechargeable compressor.Paint needs to be very thin to work; I’m new to airbrushing, so I don’t know what “normal” looks like, but I’ve used acrylic paints designed for airbrush use, and haven’t had major issues with clumping or clogging. Cleaning is straightforward as well (and I very much appreciate the clear instructions - it’s not hard, but there are a lot of steps to make sure everything keeps running smoothly).

Wow I’m super impressed with this portable airbrush kit! It comes with its own compressor like the details say and it’s cordless! So you can walk anywhere with it! Yay for cordless. Lol I got this for my husband to use to paint his models and he says it works really well. The accuracy is very good he says and he likes that he can get into tight spots. I’m actually going to try this on my nails too bc he says it doesn’t make a giant mess like you’d think airbrushing would. The spray is strong and smooth so long as you thin your paint correctly! Love this kit
