Cool, sweet relief!
Love this so much! I'm a 50+ baker and I love my job but the hot flashes can be brutal! Until this! Just pop in freezer and then I grab before work and it works amazing! It does not get wet, perspire anything, it just stays in place nice and cool until it warms up and then just pop in freezer and ready to go in about half hour or so. I have long hair and this just really helps and works with no issues. Easy relief, just try it!

It works
I took my ring from freezer and it stayed cold for about 25 min in Florida heat. It will refreeze if placed in an iced cooler in about 25 minutes.

An absolute lifesaver
These things are absolutely amazing. I keep 3 in my freezer on rotation. The cold isn't so intense that it will harm the skin, but it definitely cools you down. They re-freeze really fast, and have been invaluable for summer time without AC.

Doesnโt last in extreme heat
Itโs nice but I live in Florida and it only held up for about 20 minutes in this extreme heat.

Not as cool as expected
Takes pretty long to freeze, with really cold water. Only stayed frozen for half hour max and cool for another half hour. No match for the AZ summers
