What an item, what a price for this cute freezer. Very low noise.

I’d put a zero rating but I can’t. I brought a freezer from them plugged it in after gas settling. Put my frozen food shopping in over £350 worth. Went to the freezer the next day and everything was defrosted. And had to be thrown away. This is clearly due to them not checking the product was working before sending it out or it was someone else’s return. I managed to get a replacement via another company not them directly. They have ignored messages asking for a refund for the loss of food cost customer service is terrible. I’ve spoken with a lawyer and he’s stated that they should refund the goods due to the faulty product. If they don’t refund me they suggested going to head office to get them to sort it. I had to use a food bank to feed my family because of them.

Delivery was quick and easy, after being let down before with a freezer I was skeptical when ordering again but they update you along the whole way. Product in perfect condition and has been working well.

Can't/won't pass comment on the functionality as the thing was ao badly damaged when I took the wrapping off I didn't want to riak plugging it in. Surprising as the packaging was undamaged, however almost ever panel had a dent, the lid was severely out of square, and the ventilation panel looked like it was ready to fall off. Consequently I can't give this any more than 1 star
