Jack&Chris New Premium Leather Tote Bag, Vintage 15" Laptop Bag, Large Shoulder Purse Handbag for Women MC506

I bought this 3 yrs ago for an elementary work bag. It has been used daily stuffed to the brim for 3 years lugging giant binders, papers, art supplies, coffee cups. I have not been kind to this bag, downright abusive at times, and I was compelled to write a review today while cleaning it out and realizing how nice it really is. The bag is as nice as day 1, but a little softer while still keeping its shape. I have done no leather upkeep on it in those 3 years.Loves:-durability, especially the thin straps with all the weight I have given in over the years. Not one stitch is loose on the whole bag.-high quality leather. No maintenance and it looks great still. The natural scuffs from years of abuse are minimal and not noticable due to the high quality leather.-satin insert in the bottom. It is removable for cleaning and helps hold structure.-size. It's so big and holds so much, but doesn't take over my 5'6" frame. I'm cleaning it out to upgrade it to oversized purse instead of a work bag.Bummer:-the little zipper insert. It's awesome, and the inside is still amazing. But about 2 years in the outside seams started to pull away and fray. It still works great, but looks cheaper now because of the fraying.

This is an EXCELLENT tote!! I purchased the brown, and the quality of the leather is premium, the same that saddles are made from. The leather is thick and stands on its own even with nothing inside. The distressed look only adds to the beauty of this bag. This is an oiled leather so if you purchase the dark brown one it could rub off on your clothes. Regardless of which color I suggest wiping it down before using it. The plaid Burberry print canvas bag that comes with it is large and very accomodating. The trim is the same leather as the tote. The inside of the tote is a raw unfinished look but the bottom of the bag has a lining. The only down side( a slight design flaw) to this tote (which is easily remedied) is that the seams (two in front, two in back, one on each side) should have a little more overlap and be double stitched. I can see where it would come apart if you grab it by the body and not the straps, or perhaps overstuffing it..... both of which I'm guilty of. Mine are not coming apart but I am taking it to my local leather shop and having them all reinforced before I use it. All in all, for the price of this tote it is amazing and absolutely stunning!! Very fashionable and I love that I can use it year round. This bag could easily retail for $300-$400.For those who said it isn't real leather, I'm not sure what they need as proof.....do they need it to moo at them?!Absolutely 100% genuine cowhide. I love this bag!!! I bought this back in September of 2018 and I have used it nearly every day since receiving it. It’s beautiful, sturdy and has aged nicely. I have used it as a diaper bag, for traveling and for work. The only con is the leather strap that holds it closed. It comes out sometimes and after three years I have lost it. I have contacted the company to try and get a new on but no luck so far. I will definitely be purchasing another one.

I compared it to my quality name brand bag in thickness, durability and quality and my word this bag is absolutely gorgeous and ten times stronger.I purchased the dark brown leather and received a discount which was wonderful 😉The leather is thick, strong and sturdy and the added makeup case/ bag is made of fabric and bordered with the same strong beautiful leather the bag is made of.My hope is that I won’t have the same experience some of the other reviewers stated they had with the stitching that came apart. Honestly I don’t expect that at all and will actually be purchasing the red brown version of the purse.

Super cool, rugged, leather tote. A great find at a great price. It's big enough for my little Chromebook, phone, a book, headphones etc. It will carry a lot but it's not big or bulky. Has this great vintage look, like it was created during the time of the gold rush or something. Thanks so much!

I love this bag. I had purchased another bag and didn’t like the “fake” distressed look, and returned it. This one is perfect. The smaller bag inside is great too. Mine is a natural material with the same brown leather trim as the bigger bag. There is some slight staining in a couple of spots on it, from the leather dye I suppose? It doesn’t bother me as it adds to the whole sort of vintage look. I agree with other reviews that this bag looks more expensive than it is. I’m totally pleased with it!

i do love this bag from the rustic look to the hard leather, the quality is great and the little pouch that comes inside (burberry print) is very functional and super cute. i use it outside of the bag as well to take as a grab and go kinda pouch! it was advertised as a oversized bag, thought I dont think it is that big. It is a nice size, but it isnt as spacious as i thought it would be for what i need it for. i do love it though for other things and it is a great buy.
