Tough 1 Royal King Silver Ferrules Show Halter

Bought for a 14.2 quarter horse. Was way to big. Horse wears standard halter. Fit our 16.2 quarter horse perfectly. He normally wears a large halter.

I needed an inexpensive show halter for local shows only that looked expensive and this fit the bill perfectly. It looks great on my mare and I received many compliments on it during our show.

It looks good for the price and fits my almost 16 hand quarter horse gelding, who has a big head, nicely

Fits a bit big, then again this is a 14.2hh 3 year old, love the quality it does come with a lead leather! Love the dark oil stain. Ps she stuck her tongue out so that's why there pink on her lip

I actually tried to buy 2 of these, 1 in yearling and 1 horse sized. Sadly, the yearling was out of stock EVERY where. The horse one is really nice. Nice heavy leather and the silver looks good from a distance. It won't compete with those $500 show halters with real silver but for local schooling shows this one is great. Not World Show class, but good enough for getting started.

Very poor material, when you move it to put onto your house the fake material tends to crack. When you put the buckles on it scratches the material too.. not recommended and it was bought through prime and I was not given a return option... =(

Beautiful halter. A little big on our QH, but plenty of room to punch additional holes.

I loved the look of this halter in the Amazon picture (and it does look great at a distance so it hopefully it works for pictures which is what I bought it for), however upclose it's a bit lacklustre. When I got it I was disappointed to see how tarnished all the metal is. Expect to spend a few hours just polishing the silver. Decent carvings on the silver but wish the plates had a carved border(even a simple design) instead of being flat or narrower as I find it takes away from the plates.

Halter is ok- a bit on the cheap side when you get close up but would be passable for a show most definitely. The only issue is that it is FAR from a yearling size! Not even close. This was a horse size halter for sure. So i am quite disappointed as I really needed a yearling size!
