Hands down biggest waste of money. Shot it 1 time and it got tangled up would not wind back up so called and after 2 hours I get someone to help me. They say use the included screwdriver( so apparently this happens if they provide tool) I remove the screws which I needed antman to shrink down to find the second I took the screws off all the insides popped open like a god damn jack in the box fkew everywhere!!! Then I had to go get my masters degree in engineering to attempt to put it back after deploying seal team 6 to find the parts to put back together. It didn’t work. I’m telling you this product is trash do not waste your money. I have very disappointed grandson at home that waited for this gift to have it break the first F’ing time. Shame on you for putting trash out like this. Once again do not buy this piece of trash

My son is 13 & used his allowance that he saved up to buy this web shooter. I spent more time taking it apart & reassembling it than he did playing with it. It was kaputz before the night was over. His aunt felt bad & sent him another one as a gift, hoping that it was a one-off, just a bad one. We got the 2nd one less than 4 hours ago & I have learned the ins & outs of this thing better than I know the lines on my hand bc I have had to fix it like 20 times in the past 4 hrs. The string is crap & gets wound up in there & you constantly have to untangle it. It frays & breaks & even though they send extra string, you can’t replace it. All you can do is tie more string onto the old string where it breaks. Save yourself the headache & don’t buy this.

We purchased one and there were broken parts out of the box. We received a replacement the next day. It hasn’t even been 24 hours and it has already stopped working properly. I am disappointed due to the cost of the product and a very sad child. I wouldn’t recommend purchase.

Took me a min to getting around to writing this but honestly I just don’t know where to start. I guess I could start off by saying it’s cheaply made the glove that came with it wouldn’t ever fit a human with the way it was shaped/cut. The launcher broke within the 1st hour of my son playing with it. Tried to repair it and it was so cheaply made the plastic literally crumbled inside the device. Would not buy again.

My sons used these for about 15 minutes before they stopped working correctly. They provide a tool so you can make the repairs…. However in that time,15 minutes, they had to be taken apart more than 5 times and eventually the components were so worn at that point that they did not work correctly. Good idea and pretty cool while they worked.

Kind of a pain because the string frequently tangles around the retractable wheel, meaning you have to undo 6 screws and untangle it. A big pain when you’re kid wants to use it.

I like the fact they will replace if not working - I didn't like the web shooter worked when shooting but the string would not retract so unable to shoot again and again.

The media could not be loaded.  Once you click it in, the web sometimes will shoot an ok distance and sometimes it barely shoots out at all. We charged it for a few hours thinking that may be the issue. Didn’t resolve it. Our main issue is it doesn’t retract correctly. 80% of the time it does retract at all it just spins and doesn’t catch. We have to really baby it and press it in small bursts to even get it back. We opened up the space with the string with the screwdriver provided to see if there was an issue, but there was not. It is ply won’t retract or catch. For $53 plus tax I thought we were getting a higher quality product than for it to be broken upon first use. Now my kid is in tears because he worked for this money himself because all he’s been talking about for two mo the is this web shooter. Disappointed
