I purchased the linen-look drapes, and they do effectively reduce the amount of light coming in. But the way the tabs are sown on the curtains, there's no overlap, so it's very easy to have a gap in the middle. Also, these are marketed as having a white liner, but that is wrong. It's a dark beige-y color. Gratefully, there are no requirements that I have white facing the street, or these would be returned asap. At least they did not smell bad, and they are simple to thread onto the rod. They will suffice, but it's not what I had hoped for.

These are a steal at this price. Ordered the linen color. We have West-facing windows that let in a lot of heat in the evenings. Pictured are my previous light-filtering curtains next to these blackout ones. You can see that they are true blackout and don’t let in any light. You can feel the temperature difference immediately. I ordered two sets and one of the panels has what appears to be a burn mark(also pictured) but this is being replaced. Other than that I have no complaints. The neutral color looks good against our Sherwin Williams Agreeable gray walls. I love the texture, adds some dimension without having to use an in-ur face pattern. They need more steaming and time to settle in but otherwise pretty happy with this purchase. Wish I would have seen these before splurging on the previous ones.

Bought these for our guest bedroom. The look and feel of these is great especially for the price. The linen look is very similar to some expensive custom ones we had made for our master bedroom and they have a decent weight. Seams and hems are well stitched.They definitely need to be ironed. Wrinkles never relaxed out on their own. I wish the rod pocket was a little larger, as I have a very thick drapery rod from C&B and it’s a tight fit. It would also be nice if the panels came in a wider width, as they’re just barely wide enough for our window.

I immediately loved these. They have a good weight to them and the linen fabric looks high quality after the captains are steamed. Plus they are truly black out curtains. I put them up on a warm 86F degree California day in a corner room that gets sun ALL day with huge windows on two of the walls and the room instantly felt a few degrees cooler, which is so impressive and the primary reason for ordering these. I also wanted to add some neutral natural tones to my room, which is were these curtains failed me. I ordered the w linen and these aren’t even close to what is pictured. They look like the light beige (which does not look beige at all in the photo but looks light grey). Basically these look light grey. If the sun hits them, they appear slightly closer to the linen color. I won’t return them because they still match my decor, I already hung them up, and I have no idea what the other colors will look like and I don’t want to risk getting a color that doesn’t match at all. These are great just keep in mind you may need to order various colors to look at them in person and see which ones fit your color scheme. I posted photos a proof of how off the color is from linen. Other than color, these are great. They are sewn nicely and have reinforced stitching in the loops. They have clean strait lines (unlike my last cheap curtains that puckered and looked wavy along the edges). I ran my nails across them a few times and they did not snag, which is great. They just need to post accurate color samples.

I get migraines quite often and was confined to my bedroom. Now with these curtains I'm able to wander into the living room. It could be a bright clear sunny day and I can pull the curtains shut and it's as dark as midnight. Perfect price range as well. I will purchase them again when I redecorate.

I wanted to cover the upper windows in this room to help remove glare for the tv. After researching many options, I found that curtains would be most cost effective. Finding curtains that were long enough (108”) and had blackout features at an affordable price was challenging until I found these! They block out light, look beautiful and have a rod pocket or back tabs. My only complaint is that they’re hard to open and close because of how high they’re hung.

Loved these curtains! I got them because of the chic elegant look, not the blackout effect and these curtains delivered. I did test the blackout effect and they did darken my room significantly. Please disregard the linen colored sheer curtains in the middle, they are a different style and not Joydeco blackout. If you’re looking for curtains that look expensive without the expensive price tag definitely go with these. Also, these were put up directly out of the bag, no ironing necessary.

Bought these last minute for a long window we have in the master bedroom and it’s a tad short width wise but I love that it blacks out everything and keep the room coolFabric quality is nice and sturdy
