The mechanism is easy to use, but gets stuck once in a while. The blades and blade holder looks delicate. The quantity of chopping to be done , should be less at a time, preferably half onion at a time.

Product received was broken and damaged . Looks like it’s a used product . Bad quality too. Plastic body had scratches. This was noticed when the package was just opened .
