I was looking for a metal bed frame. I had a style idea in mind but when I saw this bed, I knew it was the one. The art deco style goes perfectly with my home.The instructions were very clear, and 2 people put this together. In the instructions, it says the bed may need to be mounted to the wall. I think this is just CYA as the bed is VERY stable. I like the horizontal multiple slats on the bottom frame as I think this helps with stability. No wobble anywhere.The bronze look is impressive in person, and it's even better than I hoped.The box was pretty beat up when it arrived but everything was wrapped with protection in mind. Items were zipped tied to prevent loss and everything had a styrofoam covering.Fantastic bed and I couldn't be happier with it.

I recently ordered this bed after looking for about 4 years on line off and on. I saw this same design when I first started looking called Wilhelmina on another site but it was way too expensive at the time. I kept this design in the back of mind as I looked at others. There were quite a few others I was considering as well, but finally decided to go with the first one I saw back 4 years ago on line that I liked and found it on Amazon for a pretty decent price. Mine arrived a day late, due to UPS forgot to put it on their truck for delivery, nonetheless when I got it, everything was intact. No crushed box, packing of this bed was done very well, no scrapes to the metal, dings or dents, and it went together pretty fast (although my son put it together for me) nevertheless it took him no time to do it. All in all, for the value and the construction of this bed, it seems pretty darn sturdy. The only thing I will say negative about this bed is that I wish the metal would have been a little brighter like a shiny brass, rather than a tarnished look. I own a real brass antique twin headboard (over 100 years old) that has to be polished-by-hand, so I am glad I don't have to do it with this bed, but I think it would be prettier it were more yellowish tinge (like polished brass has) shiny with a hint of a rubbed in look of tarnish around the joint parts. I would recommend this particular bed to anyone that wants a unique design ("O") on the headboard and footboard versus just a rounded headboard. If this company made this in a daybed in this same design as well, I would buy it in heartbeat.

Beautiful looking, solid and easy to connect- looks high end and certainly made and designed just as well as more expensive brands of this kind.

Only had it for a week, but so far I love it. Fast delivery, sooner than originally promised. Very pretty, heavy amd solid. Came in one box, no damage. Instructions were excellent, better than most. Took a couple of hours to put together, but wasn't hard. Everything lined up. Feet have rubber ends, but I put protectors under anyway. Very study. Husband thinks frame is not quite square, but only he can see it. Caution when unpacking, look for grease. We had some on footboard and plactic bag. Thought we got it all, but some dripped onto vinyl planking floor. Cleaned easily with Dawn dishsoap, but would have been bad on carpet. Just wipe it down when taking it out of box. Overall, looks great and is sturdy.

I was super excited to get this bed to go with my new mattress. I'm a little disappointed. While well-wrapped, it came with a ding in the footboard, and there are scrapes in the finish. While putting it together, I noticed that the support pieces had not been fully painted and the underside is already showing rust. Putting it together is tedious for one person, but unless you happen to have another Allen wrench the exact same size as the one provided, two people wouldn't speed it up that much. All the parts were there and well labeled, and the instructions were straight-forward. The nuts provided to attach the headboard to the rest of the frame would not tighten up no matter how I tried (just spun uselessly), so I ended up adding some metal washers to make up the difference and tighten it up that way. Thankfully that will not be apparent with the mattress on. In all, a nice bed, but a little short on full quality. Even for the price, I expect it to arrive unscathed and fully painted/finished.

First of all, this bed is beautiful and exactly what I was looking for. Though I will say, the color is a lot darker than how it looks on the posting. It looks more gold than it actually is… now lets get to assembly. Assembly was an absolute nightmare. Firstly, the headboard I received had a bent leg so it couldn’t be assembled properly. Thankfully, the customer service at Walker Edison is amazing! I reached out and told them the exact issue I had, and I was issued a replacement headboard immediately. After getting to the end of assembly, I then found that my footboard was too short and the bed was not square. I reached out again to customer service and they issued me a replacement again. I am very thankful for the customer service that was provided, because sending this bed back would have been a nightmare. After finally getting everything assembled properly, I can say the bed is gorgeous and fits right in with my decor. After sleeping on it for about a week, I would say it is a little squeaky. Nothing terrible, but its not totally quiet. I did use a previous reviews advice and I used stronger bolts to assemble the feet to the bed, so hopefully that eliminates the risk of the feet bending like other reviewers have shown. Overall, this bed is a good purchase for the price and you can’t beat the customer service I received! :)

It took me about an hour and a half to put this together alone. Directions were easy to follow and it’s so sturdy and doesn’t move. I have a 5” box spring and 10” mattress and it’s a perfect height. A higher boxspring would next maybe a 8” or less mattress. The headboard is high and exactly as I wanted. Worth every dollar
