Q: How can I lock it from inside without the phone ? I set it to auto-lock after 6s. It says "Locked" but in fact it never locks.

You can’t. If it isn’t actually locking when it says it is, then there is a malfunction with the lock. It is an odd thing tho, the handle still moves when the door is locked. So, make sure that you are testing that it is locked from the outside, with the door shut or it will always seems as tho it is unlocked.

I would return it. Mine works completely fine.

You most likely can however, you have multiple ways to set this up, finger print, passcode, key fob and key.
