I purchased the system (8 cameras Wi-Fi version). So far, I have 6 cameras connected, 2 more to connect. It takes time in connecting as if the area they cover is spread out, then not only electricity has to be supplied to each camera, but it has to be in Wi-Fi range of either the NVR or the main router signal or another camera that has a strong signal to pass the signal through via a repeater function.Considering the relatively cheap price paid for the entire system, it offers reasonable video quality and a very highly customisable menu.What I particularly appreciate is the ease of puling up a camera on the screen/monitor (not supplied but a required extra) using the mouse (supplied). It is possible to arrange cameras on the screen to suit and in any order. Having a continuous record for a week on the supplied HDD for 8 cameras is also a very big plus point.Whilst night vision is black and white and loses some definition, for such a small camera system, everything in the night is perfectly clear and much better than previous CCTV systems I have used in night vision mode.I would recommend this CCTV system for anyone who has a slight DIY ability (as needed in most cases for fitting the cameras) and needs a cost effective and comprehensive CCTV system.

Easy set up,Had a few difficulties fine tuning but with the help of customer support got sorted very quickly. A big thank you to Dorothy at customer support an excellent service. Now all working fine, cameras are great. Very good system for the price and if you run into any problems you know there's a fantastic customer support.

Set up took an hour and that was when I had no idea what I was doing, 45mins if I was to do it again now. Now I work with CCTV systems all the time and I've got to say for the price you are paying these are decent quality, night vision is good and the resolution is good enough. I've still got 4 cameras in the box as I cannot figure out if I need anymore, I'm sure I'll find a use. Would recommend this as a DIY solution - easily fittable through UPVC windows.

usless hdmi has zero output on ours how ever you set it up so pretty usless to us no tech support atal

Overall, I would say I'm happy with the product, as it is better (in part) than the 8 individual, IP Cameras that I had been using.Setup was a bit of a chore, but I got there eventually.Pro's:The quality of the cameras is great. Nice & crisp, and as good if not better than I would have expected.The EseeCloud Windows app works well (if using DDNS, not Cloud ID).The recording seems to work fine and is fairly easy to access.The cameras when wired via ethernet work very well.Tech support reply promptly and try to help (though haven't actually managed to solve anything I have asked). They do at least try.Cons:Wireless performance for me ranged between "awful" and "not working" - One camera struggled to connect & remain connected via WIFI even when sat 12 inches from my router.The mobile app IP Pro on both iOS & Android is terrible. It rarely works for me, mostly giving a "disconnected/timed out" message whether on 4G or WIFI outside network. On Android (Samsung Note 8) I have to open the app, wait for it to hang on the launch screen, exit the app, reopen it, then it usually loads 1 or 2 cameras form the 8 available. Once opened, they stream for maybe 10 seconds, then freeze, or the app force closes. On the iPhone, it just force closes.Unfortunately, tech support inform me that the cameras can't be accessed by IPCamViewer or similar more reliable apps.So, overall, if you plan on hard-wiring the cameras, and are willing to suffer limited success with mobile apps, then go for it. If you want WIFI cameras, then maybe keep looking. Shame, as the quality really does seem good on the occasions that it works.

I bought 8CH system some 4 months age. Initially the entire system worked perfectly. It was easy to set up and also software for remote access on smartphone/comp worked without a fault. After a while I suddenly lost a video signal on TV via HDMI port. I explained the problem to the seller’s customer support team and tried a few proposed solutions, which didn’t worked. Without asking they decided to send me a new NVR box, even before they received a faulty one. They provided also a very useful instructions how to re-set the entire system and match cameras with the new NVR.This CCTV system is great for home use and easy to be set up. Their customer support is just perfect.

I bought this set due to the fact that it stated that the wireless coverage would work up to 350ft with walls and obstacles in the way and that it would work up to 1000ft in open, it is nothing like that at all I live in a mobile home that is only 40ft long and 13ft wide, and the cameras are attached to the outside the closest camera is only 8ft away with only a window between the nvr and camera and it only has one bar of service and loses network every 30 secs, the other cameras are even worse and the furthest away is 30ft with just two thin wooden walls between it, but it this way its not a very god for security because if the cameras are mostly of line your not recoding anything.

the cameras and Nvr are simple to setup they are already programmed into the NVRnext you download either EEESE Cloud app or IP Pro depending on either Android or Ios/I phone etcI had a little difficulty not seeing the cameras on Ip Pro this is the solution :On Ip Pro app when installed(or Eeese Cloud) on your phone, you must register a username,password, and valid e mail, i forgot to reply to the e mail verification, once i did that bingo! up came the cameras on my phone very happy and support at service@zositech.com are on the ball and fast to reply, i havent used the app much as ive just got it working,im sure its great
