The feel, the handle, the size, and of course the stainless steel is perfect. I'm a coffee cup snob and it's so hard to find the right cup. Glass is not an option, and I never trust ceramic, so stainless it is and I couldn't be happier with my choice. Need one that honors firefighters, both wildland and structure.

I got this for my dad and he must love it. He uses it almost daily. I guess it keeps his coffee warm or he wouldn't use it. I don't drink hot drinks and personally couldn't tell you how well it works. I can say, my dad doesn't drink his coffee unless it's burn your tongue hot and this cup keeps it hot enough for him to use it very regularly. Being retired from the naby, he drinks a ton of coffee and this cup was the perfect gift for him.

Bought it for my husband. He loved the design and the insulation it provides, but he would have liked it better if it would have fit in his truck cup holder.

This is the perfect spill proof, easy to carry, durable, insulated coffee/drink mug. The design details are flawless!! The lid locks open/closed and it has a rubber band around it to serve as a gasket to make sure whatever you put in it stays in it. I've managed to keep a hot cup of coffee for about 4 hrs and cold drinks with ice for around 8 hrs. This isn't rated for the dishwasher as it stamped into the bottom. This is an awesome, quality made, and affordable cup for all types of drinks.

This is a pleasant surprise in the realm of coffee mugs with handles. 1. it is heavier than I anticipated (and I WANTED heavier to avoid tipping) 2. the handle is of a decent size, so I can hold my mug with more than one or two fingers. 3. the lid fits securely and when the sip flap is properly slid closed, you can tip this mug over and not have a spill 4. this mug keeps beverages warm very well. All of those things combine to make a nice coffee mug. I did find one, small detractor; the bottom is of a very smooth finish, so if you set it on a slightly inclined surface (ie a chair arm), it is going to immediately start sliding away. To avoid unintentional disasters, use a non slip coaster, or always set on a level surface. I am going to try and find a non slip pad that I can attach to the bottom of my mug to try to avoid the slipping problem. Other than that, this is a GREAT COFFEE MUG!

I love this cup! It is very sturdy, the inside is stainless. It is very easy to clean, and the lid fits securely enough, without being a pain to get on or off. It is very similar in appearance to a Yeti, without the price tag. The lid snaps into place, rather than screwing on, which I prefer, as it makes it really easy to get the opening exactly where I want it in relation to the handle. It is a great value for the money.
