Simply drop, dissolve, and drink in normal drinking water. Our hydration formula is available in 3 delicious natural flavours, lemon, strawberry, and blackcurrant. O.R.S Hydration Tablets are suitable for both kids and adults, using a vegan friendly formula free from gluten, lactose, and artificial preservatives.
