Replaced an iwatch
Wanted to upgrade one of the first generations of an iwatch. I use for watch feature and fitness tracking - I never used the phone, email etc. function on the iwatch (seriously, get a life...). Since there are so many similar fit watches on the market now I decided to save a lot of $ and try a different brand.Likes: 1. the fit more rectangle vs. square face of this watch suits me better (female with small wrist), the size is just on the cusp of being too big, but the overall profile is nice. 2. the functions are everything I want -water reminder, steps, miles, heart rate, sleep, and weather. I think it imports pictures, "women" things and I'm not sure what the message function does. 3. app loads and works great on an iphone (I think there is some discussion on that in other reviews)Not so much: It is NOT waterproof. I wear a Timex Triathlete forever 24/7 until it dies and was hoping for a similar functionality. Had they been clear in the listing on Amazon about the "waterproof" part I probably would not have purchased.Overall I'm pleased - we'll see how it holds up.

Gives decent results. But insufficient help & FAQ
The media could not be loaded. I wanted this for blood pressure readings. And to get trend even if not very precise. It gives some decent bp info on demand. But doesn’t measure hourly or at a set time frequency or period. Would have liked to see what time in the day it is low/ high. But cannot.Charging connector has magnets to orient right and make It easy. But connector keeps sliding and doesn’t stay in place. Hard/ Unable to charge. Also there is no indicator for battery charge % number, only a battery icon with rough level of charge on it even on the app. And no indication of successful connections or charging is going on. No beep, no light, no nothing. ( even on app )Manual is flimsy. No explanation of all the symbols you see on screen. Help online and manual is the same as the strip of instructions packed with instrument. See picture

Great customer service
It arrived very quickly. The watch has lots of functions. Monitoring blood pressure is one of the great feature which not all smart watches have it. I like this watch a lot and the price is reasonable. I assume it's water proof as it supports tracking swimming. I swam a few times and the watch started to behave strangely - the screen start flicking sometimes. After a few more swimming, the watch completely died. I sent an email to customer service. They responded quickly and asked me to send them a video showing the watch completely died and couldn't be charged. I sent them a video and ask for a replacement. The customer service person - Melody responded and sent me a new watch. There is only pink in color. She sent me a stripe in gray so I can replace it. The watch arrives in 3 days. Melody warned me not to do swimming with the watch. Thanks, Melody for the quick customer service. I will buy from them again.

No data, no heart rate, no BP
I've had this watch for a day, and so far I'm not getting any data or readings whatsoever for heart rate and blood pressure. My phone is paired with the watch via Bluetooth, and I was able to set up my account, profile, etc. But so far all this thing does is track steps. I've read the tiny manual and I've searched through reviews and Q&As for help on how to get the heart rate and BP to work, but so far those screens are just static, with no data. I've tried wearing the watch super-tight, barely tight, medium and loose...Still no results. I'll give a few more hours, but so far I cannot recommend this watch, and I'll probably return it and get the FitBit like I should have done from the beginning. The FitBit won't register BP, but c'est la vie.

I shouldn't have purchased
I ordered this because the description at the time said it monitored blood pressure, heart rate and blood oxygen. The app even shows a screen shot of blood oxygen. It does not do that. I suspect the blood pressure is inaccurate, no big deal. It's pretty easy to read and the current technology allows you to put a custom photo on the display. The photo with the little clouds and moon is a background screen built in, until you change the display. The minute you select a different "watch face" from the app, the moon shot is gone FOREVER.Short answer, it isn't that great. BUT, it's a lot less money than branded products and we should all remember we get what we pay for. I should probably return it.

Very easy to read, great for tracking fitness
This watch seems to work well and is probably fairly accurate. It's face seems to be relatively good about not scratching, a problem I had with a previous watch of this type. Monitors BP, heart rate, sleep, steps and a number of activities. Some can be viewed on the watch while the app keeps track over time as well and both are easy to use. Though it is touch sensitive, it has an on/off button so you aren't causing it to come on all the time and wearing down the battery (also a problem with a previous watch). Battery lasts at least a week for me. For an inexpensive fitness tracker and watch, this is a good one.

Excellent smartwatch with blood pressure monitoring.
This is a very nicely built watch that fits nicely on the wrist and functions very well with one minor exception. The first watch I got did die after getting briefly submerged but the seller sent me a replacement which has held up wonderfully. The blood pressure monitoring is surprisingly accurate when compared to measurements I get from my upper arm device and the doctors office. It doesn't record measurements throughout the day but averages them...which works for me. The only issue I have is you cannot add the app for this watch, Fitcloudpro, to the never sleeping apps on my Samsung phone which means I cannot get the watch to display messages as they come in. Instead, they all clump up and arrive in a burst of notifications that can be quite annoying.
