Let me start off by saying why I gave the tool Durability a 4 star. Had an issue after a short time of use, see below, however Hardell took care of it immediately.Tool was described correctly with lots more accessories than expected. Used the flex shaft for tight fine work and it is amazing.The only issue I had was with the flex shaft failing to tun after 30 plus minutes of using it. Tool still worked fine just not the flex portion. Contacted Hardell and their customer service got back to me the next day and replaced the product and were so apologetic and couldn't do enough to make sure I was satisfied. Dremel should take note of how to service clients.My wife has a Dremel tool that burned up a year ago, took 3 days for service to get back to me, and she wanted just Dremel. When I needed to have my own rotary tool in my shop, looked at Dremel and it was almost 3x the cost, so I decided to try Hardell.So glad I did. Can't recommend the product enough, especially for the price, included accessories and their customer service.

I bought this after reading many other reviews and surprisingly, this one had ZERO reviews when I decided to get it and see what happens. I liked the included bits and the extension attachment for what I was using it for. I was grinding a small concrete gnome. I'm a first time dremel style tool user so, I thought this was a decent one to try. I am handy and have other tools so, I'm not completely a novice with DIY tools. I ended up having to purchase additional shaped bits for my specific use but, the ones included are decent...I needed the diamond bits. After using the larger tool for a day, at one point, I lost the bit, it must of flew off. Luckily, I found it and was not harmed. So, I check and tighten it every 15-30 minutes to make sure it's still in there snug. I wear eye protecting and a mask btw. I then tried the smaller extension tool. It was easy enough to hook up if you have common sense. I do like this tool as it is lighter for detail work. Both get a little hot when using it for a while so, take breaks. I also use a small spray bottle with water to cool the bits while I'm grinding concrete so that probably helps cool the surface but the tool itself gets hot but not so hot that you can't touch it. Overall, this tool works and I'm satisfied.

tool works very well however the on off switch failed within 2 hrs of use. contacted hardell about the problem. they requisted a video of the problem. we did this and now they say they cannot open the video, well we still have on our phone and it works. obivousley they dont want to stand behind their product. dont buy this item THERE IS NO WARRANTY.

This was over and beyond what I expected! Honestly, I ordered it to get the composite glue off of my teeth from my braces, since I didn't have $1600 to go to a dentist to do it.So I only needed one insert. The speed was what I needed. Teeth are beautiful and white. No damaged enamel. And I'm glad I risked it by purchasing this tool 😅😄❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️I did all of my research before purchasing this one. So I'm happy! Very satisfied.

This is my first time setting out for a Dremel. Also my first time using the tool. For this price point, this entire set is FANTASTIC. It included everything. Instructions were very clear and tips and ends come in a neat box. Couldn’t ask for a better first tool!

As soon as I plugged the tool in and turned it on, the rotary tool began smoking and smelled of burning plastic and grew incredibly hot to the touch. The tip rotated for about 20 seconds and then stopped before I ever even attempted to touch it to anything. Even after turning it off and unplugging it, it continud smoking for about 2 minutes. This is an absolutely terrible, faulty, dangerous device that shouldn't be sold.

This is great value for the money. The only issue is the power button is hard to switch on, almost like it’s sticky. Once it’s on, it works just as well as any dremel hand tool I’ve owned.

Holds up pretty good except the fine-tuning wire for close work be careful of when you take it off the Dremel or you're going to have to fish out The wire that goes into the Dremel excellent quality

Do not buy this it couldn't cut thru steel that's not even quarter of a inch thick for 4 minutes without going up in smoke and smelling like cancer fumes do not buy this unless u like messing yourself over

Can I have my money back. Or atleast send me one that's not a care hazard.. very unsatisfied
