Tasty
I like these and the blueberry flavor and the cinnamon flavor. I keep them on hand for breakfast in the mornings when I’m not eating yogurt they seem healthy and they fill you up.

On mornings I walk w/BFF, this is my breakfast, I add 2 Tbs ground flax + 1 Tbs hemp seed for added protein & help w/cholesterol. It gives me extra oomph for exercising.

Depending on your choice of liquid, the final product can be either very fluffy or really gummy. Either way it’s medium ok.

Great for a quick breakfast before going hiking or heading out to the gym. After long mountain bike rides i'll eat one of these and put ice cream on it. Yumm!

Doesn"t come as advertised
the main picture features the s'mores flavor and is written in the description. did not receive a s'mores flavor (the main reason for ordering) great quick product and flavors taste good. Just didn't receive what i thought i ordered and wanted.
