I realized that even though they tell you to exfoliate your skin just 3-4 x’s/week-everyone’s skin is different , and looking at how fast a turnover my cuticles make and how fast my hair grows, when I got this very gentle exfoliating set-I decided to try using (alternating types of course)them twice a day-morning and night when I would normally wash my face.Let me just say Wow! After washing my face only twice with this stuff it cleared up and glows! Couldn’t be more happier!! See, the exfoliation is so gentle, you can use it more often and feels good. The scent of both of them is amazing, yet not overpowering-if I had to pick just one from the set, I think I might pick the mintcolored bottle, which has sea kelp and some kind of oil that begins with an M and I think it might be the oil making a big difference on my face since I have tried A TON of skin care products and NOnE contained the oil. So I am a happy girl and I hope u give this a try and makes u happy too!!!
