Not great
This gadget is just not powerful enough to remove mucus from a baby's nose. I appreciate that babies are "delicate" but surely it should at least replicate the power of human suction using a manual nasal apirator? The spraying of the saline in the nose is painful too. Too cumbersome and replacement solution required etc. Don't waste your money!

It works!!
When I bought this product, it had no comment at all. So I thought I should help others by posting one after I tried it for myself. I just used this on my 7 month old baby girl for her runny nose, and it works!!! She didn't like it as it was noisy and It's a bit of a hassle setting it up and with no clear instructions but it gets the job done!!

I definitely not recommend it. Suction is not powerful enough. This doesnt clean the nose at all and the noise of machine scared my baby .Don't waste your money!

Finally something that helps
We bought is many months ago and I can tell you there is a fantastic Nasal Aspirator. It is fairly loud but it never ever scared my baby boy. Easy to use, easy to wash. I would recommend it.

do what it supposed to do
I did a great job with this product for my baby's stuffed nose.I really use the serum disposer feature.
