Tire fixing kit
I purchased these as we own big rigs and we needed something for the drivers where they get a nail stuck in the tire. The drivers have used this kit several times to fix the tire while on the road. It’s been super easy to use and has really got the job done.

Great addition to your trunk
After reading several reviews, this air compressor seems like the best option. The others either take so much power they blow a fuse or they overheat and shut themselves off. I am hoping that this air compressor does not have these problems. Today I tried it out. You can NOT depend on the compressor's digital tire pressure reading. I set it for 35 lb of pressure. So when the digital readout got to 35 lb the compressor shut off. Then I checked the tire pressure and it had 50 lb of pressure in the tire. That is a BIG difference! But the compressor did the job with no problems at all. It was a bit warm so I let it cool off before I put it back in the kit. Another thing that you will need that is not in the kit is a bottle of water and some dish soap. You will need this to find the leak. Put a little bit of soap in the water bottle and shake it up well. Then poor the soapy water over the tire until you find the bubbles which will show where the leak is. Then use the kit to fix the leak. I am very glad I tried it out without the need for a flat to test it. Now I know what to expect when I do have a flat tire. The compressor did just fine. No blown fuses and no overheating as I read about some of the other small air compressors. Unless you have a leak in the sidewall this will fix your flat tire with no problems unless the hole is too big for the plugs to fill the hole.

Broke during first use
I used this once and it started making a horrible grinding sound and smelled like burning plastic. I didn’t take it apart, but it sounds like something inside is broken. Good thing I was broken down in the side of the road. Wouldn’t not buy again.
