The two I ordered were missing the plastic plugs for the top. Otherwise great.

This item seems well-made. The reservoir is decently large for a flower box or a railing planter. It looks just like the picture overall, I am very pleased with it.

I didn't order this to water plants, just to put out in the garden as colorful decoration. I might use it for watering if I ever need it, for now I can only say that this bulb looks very nice, just like in the pictures. I hope it will continue looking great for some time since it will be mostly left outdoors.
