Doesn’t come with a battery
This did not come with a battery and it’s hard to find that type of battery.

Good, with a few improvements could be perfect.
I've used a number of headlamps for everything from night repair jobs to backpacking and camping. The 18650 headlamps are among the best if you aren't concerned about weight. Excellent run time even on brighter settings. They are heavier. If you use them a lot the band will get degraded particularly by sweat with time. You are wearing a sweatband after all. This band is very snug and has a lot of adjustment room for when it gets stretched out but I think without a top band this may have problems with slipping especially if worn while walking, for sure if running. It does come with 2 mounts that attach it to the headband both of which are slotted for a 3 strap configuration (see pic) but comes with only a horizontal band. This does make it easy when the band wears out to replace it. it also allows it to be easily attached to webbing on a pack or vest! Including 2 mounts allows you to have it preset up and still use the headband and is a really nice touch! The mounts are ok quality. The light itself seems to be very well built. It is hard to find a decent 18650 for anything like a reasonable price and most lights come with a battery. I would highly recommend the seller include the battery with an appropriate change in price. This way the seller has already screened out the bad experiences that will come from customers pairing this light with a trash battery. The mode configuration on this is more intuitive than my current favorite headlamp. It remembers what main level you had it on last and goes straight to that on single press. Single press turns off. Long press while on cycles through 5 levels of brightness. When off, double click takes you to turbo, strobe, SOS. When off, long press takes you to ultra low.I dislike proprietary connectors and this uses one but its not a bad connector and you can always charge it the old fashioned way if you break or lose the cable. If the seller includes a top band to future models I would recommend using a slotted attachment at the back so that the top band could be used optionally as some will not like it. A fully customizable setup like that allows the most customers to be happy with the same product.

Bright light! Get's really hot! Battery Not inlcuded.
I was excited about this light but it I had to order 18650 batteries to make them work. I ordered a fourpack with charger so it was another $40. Operation of the light is easy. The switch is on the top of the light and isi good and trouble some. It is good because it feels natural in the palm to easily turn on the light. It becomes problematic because I constantly and accidently turn on the light when in my front pocket. Within seconds, the heat generated in my pocket is defintely noticeable. I am not sure how hot it gets but it actually stings my leg when left on in my pocket.I would've given it 5 stars if it came with a battery.Overall, I do like this light. I primarily use it as a stand alone light rather than a headlamp. I can easily attach the light to my chest rig or back pack strap with a rubber band securing the bottom half on to the strap.

Light can be worn on headband, clipped to shirt pocket, and more. Pros and cons in review.
Think of this as a penlight in size. It is compact but provides a pretty powerful light under a variety of intensities. You might want to look at the product information page's auxiliary photos to get a feel for how long the light will last under a given intensity. In general, you get several hours if desired of a very bright light. And since you get two of these lights in the package, it could last four or more hours. The headband comes with an attachment to easily clip so you can work hands-free. Other hands-free options include wearing like a clip pen in your pocket or attached to a metal object like a car hood.PROS- Two lights come in the package so you might want to order two batteries at the same time. Order 9900mAh batteries. Know that batteries are not included with the flashlights.- The flashlight comes with a magnetic charging cable for quick and easy charging of the batteries you buy.- The set comes with two flashlights, a head band, and magnetic contacts for adhering to metal surfaces. A magnetic charging cable is included with the flashlight set.- Provides five different modes of lighting options.- Easy to transport and carry. Lightweight and convenient for traveling.- The bands can fit many styles of hats including hardhats.CONS- Batteries are not included and aren't the traditional types of batteries like A, C, or D. But you can find them on Amazon and some larger hardware stores.- The product information page shows these attached to hard hats. But helmets with aerodynamic shapes like bicycle and military helmets won't hold the bands which will slip off.

Good light but No Battery...really
I like this light and I guess I have to take the blame for not noticing it does not include a battery. But at the same time surprised its sold as rechargeable..... and as some one else mentioned its a proprietary charging cable and in my experience that always becomes an issue at some point. Lucky for me I had the required battery and am able to use this. As I said it is a good light but just gets off to a rocky start because of the battery issue.

No battery
Right off the bat I realized that I would need to purchase a battery for this headlamp flashlight. Therefore I did not even use it. I can’t comment on the brightness, quality or performance. And I especially can’t comment on the battery life unless you want to spend another 40 bucks on a battery and charger, then don’t choose this one.

No, no it's not rechargeable...
...a battery that you can purchase separately might be rechargeable. But there's no excuse for the title to claim that this is rechargeable without blatantly stating that this does not include the battery that would be rechargeable. Hidden away in the 3rd image in the tiniest of font sizes is the mention in broken English that the "battery does not include." The only thing keeping this from 1 star is the fact that the light, once you purchase a battery separately (good luck finding it), is that the light can serve as a shoulder strap clip light. No, I wouldn't recommend this.
