Three shape are very versatile, though I don't use the "3-legged" one very much. But others I use often and they reduce strain on my hands/fingers. Well-priced, too.

These are really helpful in massaging and are impactful without having hands work really hard (and hurt). They are well made and sturdy. Small enough to carry around and a good value for the price. Highly recommend these for pressing on muscles to release tightness.

Love these irregardless and for the price they’re awesome. They’re well designed at the outset, inexpensive molded plastic, that do the job. The unique thing about this is that they aren’t over priced like so many similar tools. Definitely recommend.

I found the black 3-pronged very good and frequently used for targeting back pain. (Other two not used).
