Q: I know this works for power point. Will this work for google slides too?

Yes. It also works for Keynote presentations

Q: In google drive, the arrow keys move the video forward or backwards 5 sec at a time. The presenter will not do this. Anyone know why?

As I understand the presenter is set up for Power Point. It probably bypasses keyboard commands and communicates direct with Power Point page up and page down. In Word, Visio and Outlook it is page up and page down. It does not work thru arrow keys.

Q: Does this work with pro presenter?

This remote Wireless Presenter comes with a USB which is for plugging into a USB port on your laptop. The remote device communicates with the USB device inserted into the computer. The signals travel back and forth between the two and tells whatever software to change slides... I use Microsoft Power Point and it works fine with that... Here is a Logitech description of the remote: "A storable plug-and-play wireless receiver makes it simple to get started—just plug the receiver into a USB port and use it right away. There's no software to install. When you're through, the receiver stores inside the presenter to make packing up easy."
