Bush Furniture Cabot Small Storage Cabinet with Doors in Harvest Cherry

I’d give this a NEGATIVE review if I could.Over the years I’ve built a lot of these types of cabinets and bookshelves.Although they’re cheap furniture, they’re handy to have in basements, attics, garages, etc., where good furniture would be a waste.But GEEEEZ… I have NEVER assembled one of these things that was so poorly designed or made.The bottom ‘toe kick’ piece arrived busted. That should have been a warning. But I decided to fix it instead of dealing with the hassle of a return. This thing is HEAVY, and I didn’t want to bother hauling it to the UPS store.I managed to get it assembled, but it’s AWFUL.In particular, the doors are the wrong size - there’s a 3/4” open gap between them when they ‘close’, the top of one hits the doorstop but is too short at the bottom, the other door hits at the bottom and misses the doorstop. (Yes both are square and parallel, and I’ve tried adjusting the hinges to make them hang properly as best I can.) The hinges are mock Euro hinges. They look like quality hinges but they’re cheap, badly replicated knock-offs.I can’t believe I paid over a hundred bucks for this PoS.

Arrived broken and cracked (outer shipping box was not damaged). Returned immediately.
