Great product for price but seems to be slightly wobbly. It's not super bad but thought you should know. Easy to assemble. About a foot off the ground. Decline seems a little lower than I'd like but I make it work.

I have been using this for a couple weeks now, and it is definitely worth the price. I'm 6 foot and the size fits well. Padding is high quality, and it is very sturdy on hardwood floor. it is very mobile and can adjust well.

I gave it a 5 star because I am reviewing the product. I did have missing parts.I’ve trained on this bench for a few days with no problems at all. It’s very sturdy and easy to adjust into different positions. I was a little disappointed in description saying it has a declined angel. The original bench does decline but the upgraded bench that I purchased does not. It will decline to the floor but it’s to far declined for anything other than sit ups.Folding it up for storage was a little tricky at first but it got easier. A great addition to my home gym.This is a great bench for beginners at a great price. I highly recommend it.The problem I did have was the roller pads for the foot rollers were missing and there was no instructions of any kind. It was easy enough to figure out assembly from the image because but what you see in the image is all that was in the box.Tip: when installing the bench feet don’t tighten it to far, it will start to crush the metal foot piece.

Easy to assemble. Functional. Sturdy. Works for me and I’m 6 foot 1. Haven’t tried it with tons of weight but it seems like it should handle plenty.

The item arrived in good condition, very well wrapped in a box, protected and with a small booklet with instructions. It is easy to assemble, it took me around 8 minutes. Its surface is smooth, although honestly the surface, although smooth, does not feel of that good quality, so if you buy it, try not to have anything sharp that could break it. Another negative point is that it wobbles a lot; it cannot stay completely stable on the floor. I saw many negative reviews talking about this but I ignored them and now I see that it is true. Another point is the exercise limitations; if you plan to do incline dumbbell rows, let me tell you that it is impossible to do them on this bench. Some good exercises you can do are the many types of bench press, incline bicep curls, and military presses at 90, 75, or whatever degree you like, since the bench does not wobble with those exercises. It is also very good for abdominal training. For its price, it is not a bad option. It's a good product, but it could have been better.
