Long story short, I was in the market for earbuds. I use them daily, all day, during work, on a construction site. About every 2 years or so I have to replace pairs I've previously purchased and it was time. I was interested in getting neckband style buds after some colleagues showed me how practical they are for a job site. It's honestly quite difficult to find good neckband style buds these days and pickings are slim. I hunted around for a while and decided to try these after not being able to find really any negative reviews outside of the occasional "they stopped working," comments that are typical for electronics - and even those comments said customer service was happy to help them. I looked up the brand and their other products, all seemingly decent reviews... They seemed like they were a simple design, very practical and checked the boxes - great battery life, simple to use buttons, decent call quality, and people said they sounded good too. I was skeptical because how are people raving about these things when they only cost 50 bucks?!I can honestly say after using them that these are a gem. They are cheap, and what you get definitely hits higher than it's price bracket. The sound objectively is a pretty standard profile that pushes bass and treble a little, but without losing anything in the mids - and I love it! That 13mm driver does work, and these things are WAY TOO LOUD. What surprised me though was the clarity in the music, because I thought that I would settle for below average sound with a very flat profile... But I was very wrong. It is crisp and clear, louder than I can handle and the profile they set has a nice balance too it - but if you like a flatter sound then you probably won't enjoy it as much as I do. Lastly, the battery is truly a full work week (or two) kind of battery. I went through an entire day and it still reads 100 percent. And even with that nice big neckband, it's light and comfortable, and it feels premium.I can't speak to longevity, I have only had them for a few days, but as long as they last a couple years - pretty standard for most electronics - then I will be happy with them, and hopefully if I run into trouble I can lean on customer support, which other reviews say is pretty good.All in all, I don't think I could hunt down a better product for the money right now - major kudos, cuz I am picky as hell and love to watch reviews and shop around, but this was worth the buy. However, I felt that I needed to write one due to both the product and principally because of the uncommon/ excellent customer service from the company i.e. Rythflo.Product -The headphones themselves are ideal and fit my needs perfectly. I spend most days in front of a computer reviewing videos, listening to presentations and talking with clients.In the past, I have purchased numerous sets of headphones, most were uncomfortable and the biggest problem being I could not “hear” well! I have some hearing loss in one of my ears.Not only is the sound quality impressive, but they are loud! I can actually hear everything clearly. In fact, I have to turn the volume down.I am not a music (sound) expert, but I can say the sound from these headphones equals and exceeds that of much more expensive headphones I have had.I purchased headphones with “earhooks”. They work exceedingly well.Headphones come with multiple sets and sizes of ear buds. Choosing the right ear bud size and with the earhooks, there is never a problem with the ear buds falling out of your ears.The multipoint feature, which allows connection to two devices simultaneously was also an important feature, i.e. the headphones can be connected to the computer and cell phone at the same time. This makes working much more seamless.Because of my past disappointment, I read all the reviews for this product and was surprised by so many positive reviews. It turns out they were well founded.This is a superior product at a great price. A real value!Customer Service –Now to the real reason I am writing this review. Where can one find this level of customer service these days!I initially had a problem with receiving what I thought was the correct product. I emailed Rythflo customer service.They emailed me back the next day. They were extremely helpful and after a few emails everything was taken care of.The email even had a real person’s name on it! Customer Service was pleasant and extremely helpful.It was actually an enjoyable experience.I can unreservedly recommend this top-quality product knowing that if there is ever a problem it will be handled quickly and professionally by the company’s Customer Service.
