Very good communication and resolution met quickly.Product usually really good, however, upon opening the woodshavings today after doing a complete change out of my guinea pigs cage. The shavings are damp and unstable. The inside of the bag has a wet residue that smells like petrol. I'm unable to return via the returns process with amazon due to the product packaging and weight and it seems impossible to be able to speak to someone to resolve. Have had to purchase emergency shavings to allow my guinea pigs to use their cage putting me more out of pocket. Unhappy in this occassion. Have contacted seller seller awaiting feedback.

I read the reviews before I purchased but I was still a bit surprised by the size of a lot of the shavings. Great for substrate for something, I would say, a bit larger than what I needed it for. Promptly delivered.

Perfect!! I always buy two or three bags of this for our rabbits, chunkier than sawdust so no worries about rabbits sniffing up dust. Will be ordering again in the New Year.

Love these shavings for horses! Good size bale & lovely quality. Will buy from local merchant though in the future as a big mark up from Amazon but ok for convenience or emergency.

Last ages and good quality.

Flakes are too big, not absorbent enough, and to much dust. For chickens. But to be fair they are sold for horses and feels fine for this.
