Soft and easy to hold
I love these weights. They’re very easy to use and are great for upper body strength building. They are easier to hold than traditional dumbbells and are soft which helps me avoid bruising. Great for seniors!

The best hand weights I’ve ever owned. After many years of using hard, rigid, doorstop-type dumbbells, these iron grit-filled kind are a real pleasure to use. Soft, squishy, with a secure hand strap & removable washable cover, they’re are a very welcome upgrade at a good price.

These are awesome! They’re so much easier to hold than traditional weights, so I can focus on the exercise and get a better workout.

Perfect hand held weights if you wear a smart watch (edited - not so perfect after 3 months)
Great weights! They are easy to hold and do not interfere with the smart watch at all. They are soft-ish, so you can squeeze them and won't get callouses. Very good product. EDITED 06-25-2026: Reduced to FOUR STARS. Purchased 04-02-2026, so not quite 3 months of usage, 3-4x/week <30 minute workouts. They are packing down and less comfortable to hold. Even after trying to "shake" whatever is inside to loosen it back up, they pack down quickly, forcing your hands to squeeze harder on the weight. You can't just let them hang off your hand. No longer a favorite.

Great for seniors!
Love these purchases for my mother who is in her senior years. Soft and great for hands with arthritis. Bought the 1lb weight but sure the heavier weights are just as terrific!
