A nifty way to get more out of your lifts
A great way to protect your teeth through heavy lifts but also to get a lot more power! I have been looking at the research behind this and the conclusions seem very strong for the positive impact this has on strength. Especially useful if using during competitions to get an extra edgeThe moulding process isnโt difficult and only requires a glass and some hot water. Make sure that you donโt burn your self so allow sufficient cooling of the product before putting it into your mouth. Once molded, this doesnt have to be done again.

Easy to mould to your teeth u like others I've tried, I use it to stop me grinding my teeth and its been perfect for that.It's also extremely comfortable to wear as others I've had dig into your gums but this one is nice and rounded and sits over them comfortably
