I greatly enjoy all of the blends that Oak City makes, and Viking Salt one of my favorites.

Viking salt is absolutely delicious. It is so easy to turn any meat into an elevated dish using it. My favorite so far has been using it as a marinade for my pork loin. To be able to add that much flavor with no real extra work means this is a must-have pantry item.

Viking Salt is a spectacular addition to any type of food. I add it to my scrambled eggs, hamburgers, and roasts. The flavor is fresh but woody and not in an overpowering way. I recommend it highly. It has literally changed my bland meals into something I enjoy.
