Cute kit for beginners great value

As a 12 year old, I am just starting to learn to use resin. My aunt got me a kit and we had a party together making these rings. I love it. It was very easy to work with, and the cleanup was minimal. You do have to use a UV light. The next day we took the pieces out in the sunlight and finished the cure so there was no stickiness or anything. This was a nice gift to share.

This is a good set for someone just starting out and doesn’t want to spend a huge amount of money. Easy to use and works well enough.

Where to begin....The UV might is a bit small to be of real use. It comes with a very short USB cable that makes the all ordeal a bit hard when trying to not be messy.The metal wire is nowhere near the gauge advertised (supposed to be 0.5mm but it's not even 0.4mm) I was planning on ordering slightly thicker and was basing on the measure it was supposed to be. Good thing I actually checked or I would have ended with something too thick...Did not come with a plier or pearl cotton. Second hand product?At least the UV resin is fine... I guess. No real point of comparison so who knows 🤷‍♀️

The uv lamp does nothing.. I mean nothing! I even tried to do a clear piece without adding any color and it still did not cure after using the lamp 15 times. You don’t even get to flip it over because it is just mush. Don’t waste your time.
