The Lullaby Trust stills says nothing should be in or around the cot. This being said, my little one is now crawling and was getting her legs stuck between the cot bars. We needed a solution and I was drawn to this as it is mesh and breathable material. She is a confident roller so would most likely roll over anyways but it is peace of mind that even if she was against the material she would still be able to breathe. I wouldn’t recommend for babies who cannot roll yet though as I would be too nervous

Arrived quickly with Amazon Prime.It was great timing as I was offered to try these cot bumpers as my first grand daughter was moving into her cot and I wanted to create an environment that felt safe without blocking airflow or something that can be pulled on top of her.The bumpers were easy to install and were also pleasing to the eye. When I first imagined these I thought they would be thick and would flop away form the sides, so I was happy to see that the design was better than imagined. I don't think the work bumpers draws up the right picture as these are design to stop limbs being trapped between the uprights of the cot and therefore reducing the chances of injury whilst the fidget around the cot.All in all, a simple design that offers a screen that protects against the baby hurting themselves while maintaining the ability of air flow.

I tried these, but unfortunately I think they only really work with a cot that has bars on all four sides, rather than one that has solid ends.It is certainly breathable; I held it up to my face and had no difficulty breathing. Unfortunately, I don't think it's especially effective when it comes to mitigating impacts as it is too compliant.

These cot bumpers are perfect to line your cot for added protection. The design is cute and the fabric is light and breathable. They're super easy to install and clean. Great set :)My only con is that I was expecting them to be slightly thicker and larger due to them being called 'bumpers'. I think it would be more accurate to call these 'liners'.
