I've been testing this machine and the accessories that come with it for almost a week now and considering I am a complete novice, it's been quite the interesting and fun experience. The first thing that took me by surprise was how quiet the machine is. Even on the maximum settings, it only gives off a low hum - ideal if like me, you have sensory issues and cannot stand loud noises for long. It is very simple to assemble and use even if you have absolutely no prior experience with tattoo machines and the operating system is very easy to understand.Unfortunately, it is really big and bulky in the hand, which only hinders the learning experience if like me, you have small hands (I'm female and very petite). It's hard enough to learn to tattoo at all, but when faced with a heavy vibrating block that is SO bulky like this one, it makes the task even harder than it needs to be. The last thing you need to worry about is losing your grip or not having complete control over the machine - after all, these are the kinds of mistakes you can't erase!The accessories that come with it are good but do ultimately leave you wanting. There is one large bottle of black lining ink supplied (ingredients are listed on the bottle as: purified water, pigment, glycerin, bacteriostatic liquid), a pair of black gloves, some non-slip tape, a bag of ink holders, 20 individually wrapped sterile needles, instructions (very basic but easy enough to follow), the machine itself, a small piece of thin practice 'fake skin', 2 battery packs, and a charger cable and plug. (It is a wireless machine, hence the duo battery packs.)This sounds like a lot when listed like this, but in reality, the accessories themselves are not going to last long for any regularly practicing apprentice. Basically, it's everything you need to get started right away and begin practicing, but not nearly enough to keep you going beyond a few sessions of at home practice - especially when considering how tiny the patch of fake skin supplied is. I for one will definitely be investing in more accessories beyond the ones supplied here very quickly, fake skin in particular.Overall, it's a decent starter machine/kit, but probably a much better option for people with big hands than it ever will be for those of us with smaller hands.

This review comes with a caveat. Not only have I never used a tattoo pen before, I’ve never been tattooed, or even seen one before in the first. That said, I was impressed by this machine. It seems quite bulky/hefty but that seems to be like a good thing. It feels like it’s built to last. It’s wireless (again, I have no idea if that’s standard or not) and it holds its charge really well. It only comes with one piece of practice skin, so you might want to stock up on that before doing it for real!

I’m totally new to tattooing, it’s something Iv always wanted to try out though. This kit is really great for introducing you to it however I’d personally would have liked more practice skin, you only receive one and no carbon paper.You get one black ink (decent size) two batteries, gloves, lots of different needles and obviously the main part of the gun.It’s really nicely made but I found one of the needles to refuse to stay in the gun, others stayed. I’m hoping that needle was just the one off.Very handy that it’s wireless and the charge is actually brilliant and lasts for ages!The gun itself is quite heavy so it’ll take some getting use to, probably much easier if you have large hands! Which I don’t and found myself being unsteady.It’s a lovely kit though but better suited to someone with big hands, I did find it easier and steadier holding the actual needle cartridge but still found the gun heavy sadly.But practice makes perfect and I’m determined to get along with it!

Before getting this I hadn’t got any tattoos as I thought it would hurt but when this opportunity came up I bit the bullet and went for it.The tattoo machine itself is great, not too heavy, the RPM is around 10,200 and the battery life is way more than expected. I haven’t done any big tattoos just yet, just a few small ones in the black ink that I intend to cover up once I’ve got to grips with the tattoo machine and hopefully re-awoken some of my art skills.The best part about this tattoo machine is that it’s portable so doesn’t require any wires to function; I have done around 4 tattoos, pretty thick lines and around 1-2 inches each. During that time and all the practice skins, I’ve only used 13% of the battery. That’s running at 12v(170hz) for all of them. Really good endurance and I don’t doubt it would be able to handle 3-4 hour sessions without going through a full battery. Better yet you get a second battery included. The batteries themselves also form part of the controller and have the buttons on there to power and adjust speed.The set comes with pretty much everything you need to get started:Pen2 batteriesNeedle cartridgesInk cupsGlovesBlack inkPractice skin.Quality is amazing over all, feels extremely sturdy and well made. I had my daughter give me my first tattoo so it has meaning and I won’t be covering this one.The machine really doesn’t hurt anywhere near as much as I thought it would, I’ve done several on my upper and lower arms and initially it feels like scraping yourself with a sharp nail… after a few seconds the goes numb mostly and it feels like a slightly scratchy tingly feeling which doesn’t last very long.Definitely one to consider for someone that wants to start their own tattooing business or just enjoys drawing on themselves.

Quality is brilliant, beautiful sturdy machine, excellent for beginners wanting to learn, you have everything you need to get started, versitle to suit your tattooing style, I really enhoy using this
