Had to modify a couple things to make it fit, otherwise, works like a charm!

Oh man!! This thing rocks!
The media could not be loaded. Do you want your mini bike to actually GOOOOOOO when you hit the throttle?! Then THIS is your solution! Instant tourqe compared to centrifugal clutch. If you have a larger rear sprocket this WILL make you wheelie so be careful!!It functions flawless once set up correctly! Make sure belt is on correctly (arrows to motor) and you MUST USE LOCKTITE ON REAR DRIVE PULLY BOLT!!!!!!!these kits seems to be every bit as strong as name brand Comet 30 series tourque converters while being half the price.Made my stock motor able to keep up with traffic no more foot pushing to take off the bike ripps now!! Best upgrade available for mini, go kart or quad where more tourque is needed.

Solid, just make sure itâs aligned and use a better belt
This was pretty easy to install on my Predator 212 swapped Coleman CT200U-EX. I ended up needing to go to the hardware store and buy one more machine bushing (washer) to get it aligned correctly but after that itâs been great. The belt that comes with it is pretty poor, Iâd recommend getting a decent set instead. But overall thatâs a pretty minor thing. As far as the performance goes, itâs substantially smoother than a traditional clutch sprocket assembly. Itâs also incredibly easy to get the front wheel off the ground now, which takes a bit to get used to but is great fun.

Cheap junk with not a hint of quality
Attached to a predator 212. Within 15 minutes of using it, the belt began to smoke and I could see welds cracking. Cheap materials, no paperwork included. Unfortunately I bought this months ago mid winter and haven't tried it until it warmed up and now I cannot return this junk

Good, not great
This cvt/torque converter lasted about a week of riding. It performed very well until the belt plate on the engine side broke off at the weld. This unit is the 1â bore version, and it was mounted on a stock Predator 301cc engine.I also have a 3/4â bore unit mounted to a Predator 224, and Iâve had no issues. I will now be inspecting the belt plate before rides.Note: the welds looked good underneath the chrome plating/paint. Do not let that fool you.

Good TC
These are good quality torque converters. Alignment is critical for belt life. Belt life will vary depending on how hard you send it. Recommend high quality spare belts with any torque converter.
