Used bracket sent with the delivery
The media could not be loaded. When the package was opened I found one used bracket, with the sticking base removed. I fact tgere were hair stuck to it. I removed the hair, and then I realized. I should have taken a photo with the hair. So now the retractable gate can't be fixed as I plan to stick it rather than drill holes. I want the pad to be shipped immediately, as the gate needs to be installed ASAP, as my grandson is coming to live with us from the 25th October and there is a big step between the kitchen and living room where I want to install this gate. So please send the new bracket by courier IMMEDIATELY., without this bracket, the gate can't be installed and is useless.THANKS
