I recently changed one of my bedrooms into a television room and purchased this poster for one wall it measures over ten feet X eight feet. First of all I am not into pixels etc but I know when I am happy with a picture! The detail, colour etc is pretty good bearing in mind the size of the poster. If I had decided to wallpaper the same wall it would have taken two rolls. So as regards cost to quality ratio it's good value. Prior to purchasing I read fitting instructions and it recommends that it's a two person job. My advice? If you get someone to help make sure it's someone you don't mind falling out with! Seriously it's not easy, and I have been hanging wallpaper for many years. There are eight panels and the maker makes recommendations about applying them to the wall, eg, panels 1,2,3 and four followed by 5,6,7 and eight. Here's my advice for what it's worth. Prepare the wall with a thick lining paper even if the wall is in good condition. I didn't I used thin lining paper which I later regretted. I then drew a vertical line in the middle of the wall ceiling to floor. I then placed the eight panels as follows, 2,3,6 and 7, followed with 1,5,4 and 8. I used a very common wallpaper paste and decided to mix it really thick for a heavy embossed paper (which this isn't ) I applied the paste to the first two panels and it worked quite well, I then tried applying the paste to the wall for the following two panels and found this was more difficult. This type of paper when wet becomes quite flexible and I think the trick is to get it on the wall as quick as possible and as dry as possible. I think a thicker lining paper would absorb the moisture more effectively and ease the process. Anyway I wasn't happy with a couple of panels but managed to make some small changes/improvements with a curved razor blade place a small brush and some paper glue. I know this is a long story but if someone had written it for me I would have less grey hairs. Would I recommend? Yes! I love New York, and this was not a lot of money in my view for a poster of this size and whilst mine has some small imperfections it looks great. If you can't hang wallpaper, pay someone.

Your browser does not support HTML5 video.  Absolutely rubbish. Doesn't line up properly. Got it in line at top. But bottom doesn't line up. Paper is thin a flimsy, cutting round the plugs was extremely difficult because it tairs more that cuts. The only thing I'll say that's good about it, is it whips over really well and anyone who knows about these things knows they sometimes loose the picture when whipping over.

Looks great now it is on the wall but a nightmare to hang - the paper stretches when the glue was applied and had loads of air bubbles despite careful hanging. Thankfully the bubbles went as the paper dried and shrank. Would make a better job if I had been forewarned. I liked the way there was clear instructions and each piece was numbered. Definitely need to mark centre lines to get a good result

Looks amazing on the wall after 5 hours 2 people hard work, due to having to cut each piece to size at the top and bottom. Also had to trim end sides. The cutting is very difficult, as special wallpaper knife was ripping the paper. Had to use scissors which doesn't give you the same knit finish and takes a long time. Would I do it again? Probably not, however the end result is stunning. The print is of good quality.

I got an experienced decorator in to install this and he said it was very difficult. The paper is extremely thin but it looks great up. Not sure how hard wearing it's going to be.

This wallpaper is fantastic! High quality mural for the price!I put it up in my teenage daughter's room and she absolutely loves it.Delivery was speedy as well , so really happy customer

Colours are great easy to put up and looks fabulous on the wall.Would recommend this product.
