I had a minor problem with the first one i ordered and the company went out of their way to fix it for me free of charge. The product i was sent worked great and i had no other complications. This cleans your brushes quickly and without a hassle!! I will order one of these again for a gift for my make up friends. I highly recommend ordering for this company!!

Nice compact product that actually does pretty well. If you are one of those people who hardly ever washes your brushes this product is for you. You’ll still have some build up in your brushes if you’re not regularly cleaning them though. If you’re one of those people who washes your brushes all the time this product is also for you. It actually dries your brush pretty quickly without and splayed out damage.My only complaint is that the middle of thick brushes doesn’t get clean and that oddly shaped handles don’t fit.However this product was very cost effective considering the high dollar, oversized, slow drying competitor... lilumia?

This product is okay...it doesn't get the brushes as clean as I would like but its drying power is amazing, especially if you need your brushes ASAP. After drying it, I swirl it around on a towel and it feels completely dry and ready for use. As far as cleaning, I still need additional agitation to get my brushes completely clean. I use my makeup brush cleaning mat with the Ecotools makeup brush cleansing shampoo.Overall, I would recommend purchasing this product if you're looking to dry your brushes quickly, not necessarily for the cleaning ability. This is also great for pre-soaking your brushes! Just add the cleansing shampoo to the bowl and let it sit before you're ready to clean them.

Updtate! It magically works bow and have continued using it. Not sure if maybe it was fur to the water or something but it works now 😊I took 2 months to decide and use this product after buying it and now I can't return it. At first I thought it was great. I washed 10 brushes the first night. The second night I tried washing 2 more and it seemed that the batteries had died after washing the second brush, since it turned off. I inserted 2 new batteries and it never turned back on. I'm glad I tried it out before I ordered 2 more as birthday gifts.

I ordered this and received it right before I was heading out of town so I put the box in my suitcase to take with me to clean my brushes when I had a little down time.It didn’t work... the batteries that I used worked perfectly in other items.. but the brush spinner didn’t work..I was so frustrated and annoyed that I threw it away.. it wasn’t worth packing it back in my suitcase and bringing Home to return it...bad product

Hate to admit this but I have been super lazy about cleaning my makeup brushes. I know it's wrong and gross, but spending the the time to wash and dry makeup brushes has not been anywhere on my list of priorities. Thankfully, with this little machine, I dont have to waste time on them ever. The machine quickly washes and - almost fully dries them. Both crazy fast. I love it so much, I bought 3 additional ones as gifts. You will need 2 AAA batteries but it's a small price to pay for the time saved!! LOVE this machine!!

Overall useless. I started with my Morphe G6 foundation buffer (which is discontinued—big mistake). About 2 seconds into my spin, all the hairs from the brush were laying in the bowl while the handle continued to spin (see photo). I decided maybe it was a fluke and tried another brush I didn’t mind ruining. Obviously should have done that first but it worked fine this time. It worked decently for round face brushes. It dried nicely. Definitely use brush soap for the best clean. Eye brushes not so much. Nothing came off and the water didn’t even get dirty. I had to spin against my brush mat with a drop of soap on each brush. This is also absolutely useless for any brush that is flat (like foundation/concealer brushes or brushes for your eye lid). They don’t clean whatsoever nor does water spin out. Do those by hand. I also don’t recommend for anything tapered because the shorter hairs flair out and you can’t get them back in the same shape. It becomes completely flaired our instead of coming to a point. Also, Morphe brushes must be cheaply made because those had the worst results when it came to reshaping, though all my brushes are inexpensive. I would also be seriously concerned about the longevity of your brushes if using this often. The hairs will be slowly pulled from the handle, and they will not regain their shape overtime. Still deciding if I will return altogether or keep around for a quick dryer. Save your brushes, wash by hand. Also, not sure if the listing says this but I was surprised to see that it didn’t come with batteries.

So far I love this thing! It gets the brushes so soft and clean. However, it doesn’t really a lot of stains or anything out of my white brushes, but you can tell that they are still getting so clean. I think that this is also super fun to use and it’s nice that you could wash your brushes in the living room or your bedroom instead of being limited to the bathroom or kitchen.
