LancerSkincare Anti-Aging Essentials 5-Piece Set with Eye Cream, Anti-Aging Serum, Moisturizing Face Mask, Cleanser, and Exfoliator

This is a nice trial sized compilation of Lancer skincare. You do get a full size (4.2 oz) bottle of The Method: Polish, which is nice. However, I'm not the biggest fan of the scrubber because it's a little too rough on my skin. It does have a nice lavender scent to it, which is invigorating.In addition to the large bottle of polish, you get four other sample sized products. They are as follows:Rehydration Mask (0.25 fl oz) - This is basically a deep moisturizer. The directions state to leave it on for 15-20 minutes and then to blot with a tissue. I did not need to do that because my thirsty skin absorbed it all within that time frame.The Method: Cleanse ( 0.5 fl oz) - This is a nice gel cleanser that provides a thorough clean.Eye Contour Lifting Cream ( 0.17 fl oz) - This is probably my most favorite item in the collection. This cream comes in a little pump bottle but provides excellent moisture under my eyes. Applies easily and works well.Active Rejuvenation Serum ( 0.15 fl oz) - I had a hard time drawing out the product with the syringe, but once I did get some out, it seemed to be just okay.In all honesty, I'm not completely impressed by the line, but then again, there really wasn't enough product to fully test it out to even say. The polish is too harsh for my skin, so I use it sparingly. Overall, this may be an effective skincare routine for some, but not necessarily for me.

I was excited to try this kit because this brand has great reviews and celebrity users. I suppose that’s why it has such a high price. For almost $100 for sample sizes, it’s very expensive. I’m not blown away by any of the products and in fact I don’t notice a big difference from other cheaper products. The bottles are a great size for traveling, so I’ll likely save them and use them on trips. It will be perfect for that because it has everything you’d need and it’s easy to pack away.

This skincare set contains a full size bottle of exfoliating polish and sample sizes of cleanser, mask, eye cream, and serum.The polish is nice but very difficult for me to squeeze out of the bottle. Since I have tennis elbow, I need to use both hands to get any out.The cleanser is a creamy pearlescent that does not strip my skin yet removes impurities effectively.The mask is like a face lotion that you apply thickly and leave on for 15-20 minutes. Or you can leave on overnight. I leave it on overnight as my mature skin needs hydration. My skin looks soft and dewy in the morning.The eye cream is emollient and makes my under-eye area look and feel smoother with fewer crepey wrinkles.The serum is fine but there’s not much. After the first application it’s been difficult to get much out of the tiny bottle it comes in.Overall, this is a pricey set for the little amount of product that comes with it.

This is my first experience with Lancer products - so far, my favorite of this set is the polish, the scent is lovely and my skin feels great after using. The polish is the only full size included on this set. My least favorite product is the eye cream - it has a fermented scent to it, which is awful to me! I've had a few other products with that same scent, and I just cannot handle it.The Lancer method is 1) polish 2) cleanse 3) nourish (ie: moisturize). I would have liked this set more if it were those 3 products in more usable sizes to really familiarize myself with the products before spending quite a lot on the full line.Overall, this is a good introduction to the Lancer Method products, but the items included really should be better sized (even make the polish smaller!), for a true trial experience.The "trusted by many celebrities" line is goofy... (ie: our prices are higher)

I've been using Lancer's neck cream and really like it, so I was excited to get this Anti-aging Essentials 5-piece Set set to try more of the brand's products. It includes a 4.2 ounce daily exfoliating polish, .5 ounce lightly foaming daily cleanser, .25 ounce hydrating mask, .17 ounce eye cream, and .25 ounce anti-aging serum.It's important to note that the polish and cleanser are for normal-combination skin, although the brand does offer other versions for sensitive-dehydrated and oily-congested skin. These two products make up the first two steps of the Lancer Method of skin care. I really wish that this set contained Lancer's Nourish moisturizer for the complete method, especially since the products are designed to work together. It's recommended for use after the serum included here.The exfoliating polish is the largest item here and makes up the majority of the value. The rest of the items are the bonus, so as long as you're interested in the main product, I think this set is worth it. I have to say I really love a good exfoliating polish which this is, although I only will use it once or twice a week on my normal but "mature" skin.

The tube of Polish is full size. All others are merely sample sized. At its price point I was expecting to get more product. So think of this item as the Polish with 4 samples thrown in as bonuses. (I'm old & still balk at the costs many products like this go for - many simply because they have the cache of a celebrity name associated with them. Your mileage may differ, but that's my mindset.)Quite simply I don't like spending time washing my face. A 5-step production is too consuming for my routine. If you enjoy pampering yourself with treatments like this & want to sample the line of products this item would make a good introduction to the line. Don't expect to get long term use of any of the products other than the polish though.
