I use these sodium hydroxide flakes to create my own handmade soap. This brand is my favorite as it is food grade. It’s also easy to pour back into it’s container if I overweigh it.

I really like the flake’s better, no static, and it doesn’t pop all over the place

I have been using this product for almost 3 years for soap making. I love the actual product itself. However, over the past year the lids have been increasingly hard to get off. When fighting to get the lid off lye gets everywhere. One was so hard to get off that when it finally did pop off half of the container spilled. I love the product but the lids are such a pain I will be looking for something else.

I really like this product for my cold process soap. I prefer flakes to beads and there is less static. My only problem is the lid is so hard to work with. I have to fight with it to get the bottle open.

Made pretzels and the water bath worked great. Lye is in flakes and dissolved easily in water.

Great product. I would purchase again in the future
