I don’t usually write reviews in Amazon on an item like a chair, but this chair was so different from the others I’ve purchased, I thought it deserved a review. Hopefully it will help others who have purchased multiple chairs just to be disappointed to avoid having to buy 5-6 chairs before finding the right one.  The first thing that I noticed when I opened the box was that the parts were well packaged and well protected. Nothing was damaged. I next was impressed by the fact that the screws were packed so well, easily identifiable, and easily located. In the past I would usually be rummaging through the box trying to organize the screws. The screws for this chair were actually organized in packages in the order of when I need them. This may sound silly but I loved the included Allen wrench. It wasn’t the cheap, undersized kind that is difficult to use and usually gives me arthritis in my hand. The wrench that was packaged was a high-quality version that I would normally buy at Home Depot. It had 2 positions- one to place the screw into position and screw a little. Another position to really tighten it well.  I was pleasantly surprised by the high-quality wheels. It wasn’t the cheap plastic kind which breaks after a year or so. They looked like wheels from roller blades.It took me 20 minutes to put the chair together. When I was finally able to sit in it, man, was it comfortable. The best thing about this chair is how it supports my back. I’ve had back issues in the past so I loved that the lumbar support moves with you as you recline. The entire seat back slides up and down…AND the seat botttom can be adjusted forward and back, so you can position the lumbar support very precisely.I would definitely buy another one of these chairs if I ever need one.

I was very excited about this chair initially. Assembly was not terribly troublesome and it was a comfortable fit to my body. After gentle use for four months, the wheels began falling out of their holes as the connecting pieces inside began to snap (and no, I am well UNDER the rated weight limit for the chair). Less than two weeks later, the pneumatic mechanism that allows the chair to life up and down/hold it's height position gave out. Now I am stuck with an expensive piece of junk and no recourse except to write this review that probably no one, especially the seller, will read. This customer has been taken full advantage of. WARNING - DO NOT BUY THIS CHAIR.

After struggling with lower back pain for years (bulging disc problem), I finally found relief with this incredible chair. The back support is a game-changer. This chair has the perfect mix of comfort and much-needed spinal support. I also love these smooth and quiet wheels (and I did use the extra orange wheel to add some flair)!!! They are so nice! the arm rests are adjustable and moves up and down and from side to side even! My old chair wouldn't slide under my desk all the way but because of the adjustable arms this one tucks right in. The mesh material is a lifesaver (specially summer times my home office gets very hot…) keeping me cool and comfortable, even during long hours of sitting. Assembly was quick and easy with the included tool and clear instructions. It took maybe 20 minutes at most to put together. I can't recommend this premium chair highly enough, especially to those who, like me, have struggled with back pain.

vendor was great! my complaint is with the manufacturer who does not respond to emails. I emailed support about the problem of the wheels falling out. I requested replacement legs and wheels. The problem started just a few weeks after purchase. It feels like the interior of the legs are loose and the white plastic on the wheels is shredded. The chair was expensive and is otherwise comfortable BUT VERY DISAPPOINTING QUALITY as well as dangerous when pulled forward to the desk it tips.
