Love this Icing but it is Getting Pricey
This is just one of my favorite Icings. It taste like whip cream. But the Price is getting pretty high. I am going to have to research how to make it myself with powder egg whites. and cream of tarter.

Just as easy as Home made!
Wilton is better than tub icing as it doesn't sit on a shelf in a plastic tub. I will NEVER put anything on my cakes if it isn't Wilton brand. Search their website and see what suits you.You will find that the descriptions are spot on delivering an excellent product every time.

Fluffy but Firm
The media could not be loaded. This was my first time using Wilton’s box icing. It’s very easy to whip up. I used just slightly less water per the instructions to make it a little firmer. Worked great! Great consistency. It is a bit on the sweet side though but everyone seemed to enjoy the cake. I’m not a pro by any means, but having this icing to make a volcano cake for the first time made it much easier.

Best Whipped Icing
This icing was similar to whipped cream. It’s exceptional and well worth a try!

Propylene Glycol in icing mix gave me burning stomach pain.
I like the consistency of the icing, but the mix contains Propylene Glycol chemicalwhich is questionable for use in food products. I had not noticed this at first, but I inspected the mix's contents one day after eating a piece of cake with theicing and developing a bad stomach pain and a burning sensation in my gut.I checked the contents, found what may be the culprit, and researched the chemicalPropylene Glycol online. It is questionable t use in food products.I wish Wilton made whipped icing without the chemical, as I would like to usetheir icings otherise.
