Neat little organizer

Strong magnetic base and snug, but not too tight of bit holders.

The 1/4” hex slots are very tight and makes removal difficult. I have to use pliers to remove the bits. Not worth the trouble so I scrapped it in favor of a magnetic strip bit holder

The holder looks to be 3D printed. It has a magnet on the bottom to hold to the side of a tool box which works well.The bits fit snuggly in the holder and don't easily fall out but not so hard you can't pull them out.The holes are quite close together so unless you have tiny fingers you probably can't utilize all the spaces unless you keep a needle nose pliers handy.

It's a great concept and I was able to clear out a whole drawer and get my bits organized however I did have to insert a quarter inch hex screwdriver and spin it around to loosen up every single hole and it's so compact that I have to usually use a pair of needle nose to get a bit out which if not careful can mar the head of the bit so my suggestion would be to either make the holder itself bigger with the same amount of holes or leave it the same size with less holes because you need to be able to get your fingers around the bit you want to take out and something needs to be done about the tolerance of the holes because while I was able to work it out with the hex screwdriver having an insert and spin a screwdriver into 182 holes is a bit tedious

i thought it was a little bigger but i think it will work better . i would like it to have a bit more room to get the bits out .

Love having all the drill bits in one location. Easy to use and carry around if needed.
