For good valve for the money
For the price this is a great case. I love all the storage and the fact that the cue butts and shafts are covered 100% the ends are not exposed and touching each other. The build quality seems to be very good. The zippers are smooth and I like that they all have double pulls so they are 2 way zippers. There is plenty of padding too. It is not a hard bottom case but it gives plenty of protection for the traveling I do. Highly recommend if you are looking for a budget friendly case.

Tremendous storage but some important limitations
I play in two serious pool leagues, and I have a lot of pool equipment. I carry a cue, a breaking cue, a jump cue, a short cue (because one of the leagues has a layout where some tables have a post that creates issues for making a shot, especially when draw or spin is needed for position if you're using a regular cue), and an adjustable bridge that is too long at its shortest length to fit anywhere else in the bag. Besides those pieces of equipment, I carry multiple accessories like chalk and their holders, gloves, cue tip shapers, etc. The bag has more than adequate storage. I purchased the gray bag, and it does look good when full. I'd give 5 stars if storage and looks were the only issues. When the bag is full, it's fine, but when I return home and empty it so I can play on my own table, the bag becomes flimsy and doesn't stand up well in the closet. The main reason for giving less than 5 stars is that the bag also has other limitations. For example, I agree with other reviewers that it's not a good idea to ship the bag folded in half because the bag arrives with bad creases that don't go away easily.More importantly, I bought the bag because I have arthritic shoulder pain in both shoulders, and bags with only one shoulder carrying strap aggravate my shoulder problem. This bag has two long straps and looks like it would be a great "backpack" to relieve my shoulder issues. Although the backpack carrying does help, the help is not that great. Carrying it is better but not great. Additionally, it doesn't go on as a backpack that easily; I struggle to get it on both shoulders without real effort, especially when wearing a coat because of cold weather. I'm concerned that it won't work as a backpack when winter comes, and I'll have to wear a heavier coat.In summary, the bag gets 5 stars for storage but only 4 stars (at best) because of its limitations.

The best soft cue case for the money!
I’ve been looking for a plain, unbranded quality soft cue case to accommodate 4 butts x 5 shafts. The prices I came across ranged from $160 to $400, but most were branded, which I am not a big fan of. Then I came across this one, which offers full protection for my cues, unbranded styling, 2 concealable straps that can be used to carry the case like a backpack, is light weight, and has multiple compartments/inserts for all my accessories. The stitching is good, and the padding is thick enough to give me confidence that my investments are protected. The product I received for the price I paid was a great deal. Would definitely recommend to players hauling multiple cues around.

quality and functionality just what I wanted
The functionality is what I wanted. All my cues fit well. Inside of the cue pockets are soft. Some people don't like the velcro flap but I like that it protects the cues from the zipper when inserting or removing the cues. My expandable bridge handle fits but disappears into the but pocket. My cue extender fits in the mini pockets in the large accessory pocket. This has 2 shoulder straps and feels more comfortable than the single strap on my old one. I just have 2 cues and a jump cue but if I ever fill this up, I think it will get heavy.I am pleased with the construction. I was most concerned about the handles because that's what gave up in my last bag in less than a year. These straps have 6 inches sewn to the bag so I'm sure they'll do fine. My old bag had the straps sewn into the seam and the strap gave out. The accessory pouches are sewn over the straps. I can't see how the backstraps are sewn at the top so we'll see over time.I like the gray color because it seems everyone has a black bag. I like that it doesn't have any gaudy words or pictures. Subtle is good. This is an early father's day gift. Couldn't be happier.

just as good as the more expensive name brand fold-open cases
If you care about capacity and cost, I highly recommend this case. This case holds all my active pool cues and accessories, and has so much room for more. It can be help vertically, horizontally, and even has backpack straps (which can be tucked away). Honestly, this will likely be the last case I will ever purchase.
